Plumbing & Electrical
There are several other factors to keep in mind other than the price of your expander.
Once you receive the price of your expander you would need to contact a plumber and electrician to give you an estimate of connection cost to your main supply or alternatively, to a water tank (you need to purchase this) or if off grid you would need to get quotes on your off grid system.
Footings/Slab Installation
Footings/slab need to be costed in and installed before the expander arrives. We can provide screw pile footing installation quotes. For long term living, we DO NOT recommend placing your expander on compacted ground or unstable concrete pads. The expander home relies on a good, solid foundation to ensure the expander is sealed correctly from rain and or insects.
Crane Hire
The expander quote includes the unit plus extras delivered to your property. Please ensure you have organised a crane to remove the unit from the truck.
Unit Installation
Installation can be done by our professional experienced installation team. This price can be quoted on the initial phase to ensure you have properly forecasted with your budget.
